FEES
As landlords ourselves, before we became lettings agents, we have approached our fee and service structure based on what we always looked for when considering engaging or changing managing agents.
We offer a simple and transparent fee structure which consists of only TWO fees, and contains everything needed for a successful tenancy.
All persons who apply to live in your property, will be checked and the application will be discussed with you before officially offering the tenancy, unless you instruct us otherwise.
FULL MANAGEMENT
- £250 New tenancy set up fee (only charged when we place a new tenant in your property)
- 12% Management Fee of the rent collected

~ HHSRS checks.
~ Marketing materials (photography and virtual tour).

~ Pre-vetting of potential viewers/applicants.
~ In person viewings.

~ Legal and compliant tenancy agreement.
~ Deposit collection, protection and management.
~ Deposit and prescribed information securely delivered, with proof.
~ Full digital inventory.
~ In person check in.
~ Regular property inspections (digitally recorded).
~ Tenant issue and communication management.
~ Access to trusted contractor network.
~ Maintenance management.
~ Rent collection a remittance.
~ Client portal access.
~ Monthly and annual digital statements.
~ Tenancy closure.
~ Deposit dispute management (if required).
