For landlords
Your property, treated like it's ours.
Full management, done properly — compliance handled, tenants vetted, and a statement you can actually understand.
Who we work with
Not the right fit for everyone — and we're fine with that.
We don't chase every enquiry, and we don't discount to win one. If the fee is the only thing that matters to you, there are agencies built for exactly that — we're not one of them. What we offer instead is the kind of management most landlords assume doesn't exist any more: one person who actually knows your property, standards we won't lower for anyone, and a service we'd be genuinely happy to put our own name on. If that's what you're after, we'd like to hear from you.
One service, no tiers
Full management
No admin fees, no hidden add-ons, no "tiers" designed to upsell you later — and not a starting price to negotiate down from. This is what full management costs, because this is what it actually takes to do it properly.
What's included
Everything, actually managed
Compliance, done properly
The rules changed a lot in 2026. We track every deadline — deposit protection, right to rent, the new Section 8 grounds — so nothing falls through the cracks, and neither of us gets a fine.
One point of contact
No call centre, no ticket queue. You speak to someone who already knows your property, your tenancy, and your history — because we kept the portfolio small enough to actually remember it.
Full transparency
Every statement, every deduction, every repair — laid out clearly, every month. If a landlord won't meet the standards we hold ourselves to, we're honest enough to say we're not the right fit.
Common questions
Landlord FAQs
How much does RENTL charge to manage a property?
One fixed fee, no tiers: a £450 tenancy setup fee, then 12% of the monthly rent for full management. No admin fees, no hidden add-ons, and it's not a starting price to negotiate down from.
Does RENTL manage properties in Manchester as well as Liverpool?
Yes. RENTL started in Liverpool and most of our portfolio is still there, and we're now growing carefully into Manchester too, with the same hands-on standard.
Will RENTL take on any landlord or property?
No. We turn down landlords who won't meet our compliance standards, and we don't discount to win an enquiry — we're honest if we're not the right fit.
What's actually included in full management?
Compliance tracked to the letter — deposit protection, right to rent, the Section 8 grounds — one point of contact who already knows your property, and a clear statement covering every deduction and repair, every month.
Is RENTL client money protected?
Yes. RENTL is Client Money Protected (UKALA CMP), a member of Property Redress, and ICO registered (ZB667130).
